 REQUESTING PUBLIC ASSISTANCE

The Marshall County Sheriff's Office is requesting the assistance of the public in locating a subject wanted for questioning in a case involving Rape in the First Degree (strong arm).
The initial incident occurred in March 2024, and was reported to law enforcement in May 2024, after the victim in the case became aware of the rape resulting in pregnancy. The victim in this case is a family member of the suspect, and has since given birth to a child.

MCSO is actively searching for Bartolome Sebastian (other names possibly used are Miguel Sebastian, Sebastian Miguel Bartolome). He is a Guatemala national, approximately 46 years of age, with black hair and brown eyes and is believed to be in the country illegally. His last known address was a residence located within the Albertville city limits on 1st St.
