A partially buried body found in Asbury Monday evening has been identified as that of Mark Wayne Motley Jr. of Pea Ridge Rd. Crossville, Al.

  Aprille Smith, Dylan Smith and R Dale Mckee were taken into custody in Shelby Co. earlier today and have now been charged with the murder of Mr. Motley No bond has been set at this time
